chi. one must maintain an equilibrium between mind, body and soul. i feel that modern western society has been ignoring the soul composition of our bodies, aka. spirituality.

I'd agree, and from this balance has been lost.
I wouldn't say the following of a god or particular religion is vital, but spirituality in one form or another is an important part of life.

the flo i speak of is similar to Chi but i feel that one must also be free of those things as well in control. i have neither |:(
